The Optimist Club of Van Wert presented its annual Service Award scholarships to local graduating high school seniors in recognition of volunteer community service. Recipients for 2026 are Lincolnview graduate, Delana Rank, who will attend the University of Findlay majoring in pre-veterinary medicine; Lulu Ross from Crestview, who will attend the University of Toledo on a pre-med track majoring in biochemistry; and Ellieana Ward from Crestview, who plans to attend Rhodes State College and major in Dental Hygiene.
